SOUTH DYNON ROAD DEPOT UPGRADE

Controltech Solutions were called to undertake a major cleaning overhaul at South Dynon Depot after it was de-commissioned for ten years.

PROJECT OUTCOME

​

• All floors, walls, handrails, drains, and pits were thoroughly cleaned.

​

• The site was reinstated, which included asphalting and concreting of car parks and walkways, wall and gantry demolition, new factory doorways, essential service wall penetrations, and removal of redundant fuel/oil lines.

​

• Over several months on site, Controltech Solutions supplied many work crews, equipment, and material to successfully complete all tasks required.
