NDD Division
Underground Service Locating
For optimal results, Controltech Solutions uses the market’s best locating equipment: Electromagnetic Field Locating (EMF) and Ground Penetrating Radar technology (GPR).
Non-Destructive Digging/ Hydro Excavation
Our Non-destructive digging units (NDD) effectively expose underground services without the risk of any damage or disruption to the asset.

Vacuum Loading
Our high-performance vacuum trucks have a suction capacity of up to 3600 CFM/28Hg and can safely remove most dry and wet materials.

Controltech Solutions have a Class B license to remove any buried non-friable asbestos that may be exposed during excavation or other underground works.

Our horizontal directional drilling (HDD) equipment allows us to install underground conduits/pipes without disrupting existing structures above ground.
Electrical Pit & Pipe Installation
Controltech Solutions are qualified to complete underground electrical installations for private companies. This is then handed over to the power supply company prior to the completion of construction.
Engineering & Metal Fabrication
In July 2021, Controltech Solutions acquired reputable engineering and fabrication company Coolart Projects. This company expansion has allowed us to be involved in the engineering and fabricating of mining and recycling equipment, structural frames, industrial staircases, tanks, handrails, and other infrastructures.
